The market for 360-degree consumer cameras is dramatically growing.

If you’re looking for an affordable way to capture 360-degree photos and videos, now there is another option.

Japanese camera maker Ricoh has just slashed the price of its entry-level model ‘Theta SC’ to $199.

The Theta SC captures photos or videos in a single shot, and can be handheld with one-button operation or placed on a flat surface or tripod to be remotely controlled by an Android or iOS smartphone and the Theta S app.

The camera was first unveiled in late 2016, with a price tag of $299.

Theta SC offers twin spherical lenses with 14MP sensors, f/2.0 maximum aperture, 8GB of built-in memory and a similar design to Theta S.

The device features a maximum photo resolution of 5376×2688 and video resolution of 1920×1080 at 30 fps, and an internal memory of 8 GB. It comes in a range of stylish colors including sand, blue, salmon and white.

You can get Ricoh Theta SC on Amazon.
