Chinese augmented reality headset maker raises $14 million USD

Shanghai-based augmented reality headset device developer Shadow Creator, has raised $14 million USD in a series A round.

Other investors who participated in the round include Everest Venture Capital and Initial Venture Capital from China.

According to Chinese media sources, the company previously raised $1 million USD in a pre-A round from Everest Venture Capital.

Founded in 2014, the Chinese company develops augmented reality headsets that can be paired with a tablet to surf the internet or watch movies.
